I plan to pursue a career in Construction Management because I feel like it is a career I will really enjoy and excel in due to my creativity skills as well as my love for woodworking and just making things in general. There is a huge skills gap in all fields of trade right now and when I look at all the different fields to choose from, this one seems to check all of my boxes when it comes to things like my enjoyment of the job to the starting salary and room to grow.
